Statement; rectangular off-white paper with black printed letterhead: "J. M. CARD / L.W. GRAY / J. M. CARD & CO., PRACTICAL TAILORS AND DRY CLEANERS / 194 WOOLWICH STREET/ GUELPH, ONT. TERMS CASH / PHONE 629W." The rest of statement is typed in black. Issued to "Mrs. Holliday, 219 King Street, City" and dated February 1st, 1922. It notes that "Dec. Account rendered 1.00." In handwritten pencil "By Cash Feb 23/22 1.00" and was signed J.M. Card.

Letterhead-type statement (bill); black print and typewritten black letting on off-white paper. Issued June 1, 1928 for the May 10, 1928 order to "Dye Material 3.50" by Mrs. J. Spalding of 24 Lyon Ave., Guelph in the amount of $3.50, at J.M. Card & Co., Woolwich St., Guelph. Stamped and receipted as paid. "J.M. CARD & CO. - WOOLWICH ST. GUELPH - PRACTICAL TAILORS, CLEANERS AND DYERS. PHONE 629". Printed under "TERMS CASH": "Burnell Binding & Printing Co., Guelph."

1931 GCVI Acta Nostra Yearbook. The cover is a brown/grey textured paper with the title in navy blue. In the centre is a small embossed picture of the school with the latin motton beneath. At the bottom is the date of the yearbook and that it is published by the students of GCVI. The book is filled with essays, artwork, photos etc. of the students of GCVI. There are also ads of local businesses inised. The yearbook is 152 pages in length.
