Inside pages are for the most part. glossy white with black printed text and b/w printed pictures. The directory pages are yellow with printed black lettering. Page 2 has a letter to the Members of the Builders Exchange from the Mayor, D.E. Hastings, dated September 26, 1960. Directory lists members and businesses of the Guelph Builders Exchange for 1960 to 1961. Has four b/w photographs of members and the Board of Directors and Executive. Contains numerous advertisements. An index to the contents is found on page 4. Illustrations: Printed B/W.

The back cover is a full page congratulations from John Sutherland & Sons insurance firm. This type of congratulations advertisement is mimicked by many Guelph businesses throughout the paper. The paper is 28 pages of Royalaires news, history and accomplishments, with images of band competitions and particular members.
