Receipt; Rectangular, beige receipt with black printing on the top giving phone number, name, and description of company. The date is stamped on with a purple stamp and the name of the client is written in black ink. Below this in black ink between blue and pink lines is a description and price of charges. At the very bottom there is a blue stamp marked paid with the date and it is signed by J. Gowdy. "MR. JOHN SPALDING, DEC 3 2150 HUT COAL 7.53, DEC 28, 2002, HUT COAL 7.00, JAN. 21 2000 HUT COAL" ETC. Printed along horizontal red line is: "KELSO, PRINTER".

Binding of booklet done by Frank Nunan's Up-to-date Bindery, Upper Wyndham St. Booklet has many advertisements for many different Guelph businesses in 1907.

Program - Guelph Trades & Labor Council Official Labor Day Program, 1925. Light grey paper cover with printed black lettering. Program consists of 16 pages, bound together by two staples. Pages are off-white with printed black text. Contains a schedule of events for the morning, afternoon and evening. The program is prefaced by an address, "Guelph, The Royal City," by George A. Drew, Mayor of Guelph, 1925. There are also numerous commercial advertisements. 1930 GCVI Acta Nostra Yearbook. The cover is a green textured paper with the title in dark blue. In the centre is a small embossed picture of the school with the latin motto beneath. At the bottom is the date of the yearbook and that it is published by the students of GCVI. The book is filled with essays, artwork, photos etc. of the students of GCVI. There are also ads of local businesses inised. The yearbook is 148 pages in length.

Who Called Guelph phone directory circa 1940. The cover of the directory is blue with ads all over the covers. Inside the pages are brown and pink and list the phone numbers of Guelph residents and companies. Interspersed throughout are ads of Guelph companies.

Bell Telephone November 1927 phone directory. The cover is a dark beige with navy blue print. The inside pages are light brown with black print. The directory covers Fergus, Guelph, Preston, Galt, Kitchener and Waterloo. There are ads for businesses throughout. The Guelph pages start on page 49.

London Assurance Company Fire Insurance Plan for 1881 revised to 1892. The plan is a hard cover book with a brown cloth cover with leather spine and corners. The book has a paper label on the front cover. On the inside front cover there is another paper label from the insurance company. The book contains twelve pages of maps that cover the downtown area of Guelph. On each page the different colour buildings represent the different building materials used. There are sections of the maps that have been overpasted when it was revised.
