St. George's Church Parochial Magazine. Outer cover is pink. In the centre there is a photograph of the church. There is some text below the picture describing name and date (August, 1903). Inside all text is black with red highlights. Various drawings, photographs, and small images are throughout. There are fifty pages. Advertisements are inside the front cover as well as the inside and outside of the back cover. A stain from the staple is apparent on the centre of the left side of the front cover. Fading is occurring along the bottom, left side of the front cover and bottom right corner at the back. The word "Deibel" is written in pencil on the top right had corner on the front of the page.

White rectangular certificate with green and gold border. Banner across upper middle states "Certificate of Merit" in red on yellow background with gold border. On upper area of certificate it states "Guelph Public Schools" with "1st" written in red on yellow on both sides, and lion and unicorn emblem below words. Below banner it says "Awarded to Ada Caulfield in the Fifth division of the Guelph Public Schools at the close of the term ending June 30 1891, for proficiency in Drawing." Signed at bottom by Chairman, James Cormack; Principal D. Young; Inspector, W. Tytler B.A.; and Teacher, J.J. Davidson. Dated "Guelph September 3, 1891". "Herald Press, Guelph" is also printed in blue at bottom.

A large brown book with maroon spine and tips with a blue label in the centre with black printing. Title reads; "Insurance Plan/of/ Guelph./Ontario./Published by/Chas. E. Goad. Civil Engineer,/Montreal" Stamped at the top and bottom of the label is "F. Grundy". It is also stamped 3 times on the inside cover. There are three pieces of paper here: the first is part of the book, "This plan has been revised to" written in pencil "June 1888 & Nov 1892".
