"The King's Daughter's Cook Book" Small book with an off white cover. The text on the front cover is orange and decsribes the title od the cook book. There is a circular leaf and ribbon design in the middle of the front cover. The back cover has a piece of paper attched to the top left corner. The inside pages are loose from the spine. There are drawings and black and white photographs, and advertisements through out. There are 246 pages. There are blank pages in the book to provide space for the owner to write their own which is the case in this book.

A 1958 reprint of an 1877 pamphlet by Mr. Robert Thompson, who came to Guelph a few months after Guelph was founded. Titled "An Early View of Guelph," and published in "Western Ontario History Nuggets, No.27," by Lawson Memorial University, The University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario. Reprint is edited by Hugh Douglass. Blue paper covers with three staples left hand side. No. of typed pages - 19.

At the bottom centre is "1928 published by the students of the Guelph Collegiate-Vocational Institute" in green. The book is filled with stories, anecdotes and black and white photos and illustrations. The book also has ads from many area merchants. The book is 132 pages long.

Program for a concert in aid of the Guelph General Hospital "In Aid of Ye Generale Hospitalle / Ye Old Folkes Concerte" that took place at the Big Town Hall Room on December 14, 1886. Off-white paper with black print on all sides. Printed by Mercury Print. Text of the program uses non-standard (earlier) spellings. The concert featured pieces from "Olden Tyme", composed in the 1600- to early 1800's. Two separate, double-sided pages. The page detailing the concert "notices" and "Ye Programme" has 1887 written on in pencil and another small piece of paper adhered to the centre at the top on the front and other pencil marks on the back.
