Very poor condition and should only be handled when absolutely necessary City of Guelph fire insurance plan February 1897 revised to 1907 and then revised again in September 1916. The plan has a black hard cloth cover. The first page has a street index. In the upper right corner there is a blue label that describes the revisions "Surveyed Feb'y 1897 revised to Sept. 1916 new sheets 35 to 38 are added population 16,738 ..." Page 2 is the map of the city with colour coding showing which page each area is shown. There is also a legend showing what each abbreviation or symbol means. Invoice, White with printed blue text and pertinent information filled in black ink and blue pencil. Top third of the invoice provides information on the business. The rest of the invoice is lined and divided into 7 vertical columns by red and blue lines. The top portion of the invoice and the bottom portion are separated by red an blue lines. Housekeepers Perfect Account Book 1916. Printed on cream coloured paper with black text, red on front and back covers, the book is 64 pages long. The book charts to track daily and weekly expenses as well as tips, recipes and advertisements for various household products and companies across Ontario and Canada. The front cover reads "Housekeepers Perfect Account Book, copyrighted by Geo. Shepard, 1916, Compliments of Guelph Soap Co., Guelph, Ont., Manufacturers of Wonderful Soap, The Wash Day Wonder, Try It, Made in Canada". The Guelph Soap Company is mentioned on the front cover and page 35. The Wonderful Soap Company advertisements appear on the front cover and pages 10, 28, 34 and 41.

The hardcover book is 234 pages, printed on white paper with black text and black and white illustrations and photographs. There are ten chapters that each focus on a different long standing industry and their history. Guelph Soap Company is highlighted on pages 153-154 with black and white photographs on plates 7-8 to 7-12.

City of Guelph Water Meter Reading Ledger, 1927-1933. The ledger is hand held in size and has a thick front and back hard cover covered in a dark brown canvas. Inside are receipt style pages with blue and pink lines. The book contains a page for each business in Guelph using water. The top of the page lists the name of the company and address and below is the size of the water pipe and the rent for the meter. Below that is the meter reading for the site done approximately 5 times a year.

At the bottom centre is "1928 published by the students of the Guelph Collegiate-Vocational Institute" in green. The book is filled with stories, anecdotes and black and white photos and illustrations. The book also has ads from many area merchants. The book is 132 pages long.

Inside pages are off-white with printed black text and b/w pictures of various public buildings and sites in Guelph. Contains a schedule of events for each day of Old Home Week, as well as small essays about the past and present history of Guelph. September 1929 Guelph Soap Company Limited Calendar. Printed on light green cardstock with blue text and colour image attached. The image is titled "The Spirit of Autumn" and is of a woman wrapped in a white sheet standing among orange and yellow autumn leaves. Below there is a small section advertising the benefits of NEB Soap Flakes. Text along the bottom reads "Manufactured by The Guelph Soap Co. Limited, Guelph" followed by a small one month September 1929 calendar.

Acta Nostra Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute Yearbook. The cover is blue in colour and textured. The name of the yearbook is in the centre of the front cover in gold text. At the top there is the school's coat of arms in a darker blue. At the bottom in darker blue as well there is the date and text that explains how the yearbook was published. On the back there is an advertisement for Neilson's chocolate in dark blue. Throughout the book there are pictures of the students and teachers, names, pictures of sports teams and various events, and advertisements.

1930 GCVI Acta Nostra Yearbook. The cover is a green textured paper with the title in dark blue. In the centre is a small embossed picture of the school with the latin motto beneath. At the bottom is the date of the yearbook and that it is published by the students of GCVI. The book is filled with essays, artwork, photos etc. of the students of GCVI. There are also ads of local businesses inised. The yearbook is 148 pages in length.
