Acta Nostra Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute Yearbook. The cover is cream colour and textured. The name of the yearbook of at the top of the front cover in green text. The school's coat of arms is in the centre of the cover and included the school's motto, initials, a crown, and foliage. In smaller green text near the bottom of the cover states the city, name of school, and date. There are thick red lines on the front cover.There are 166 pages. On the first page there is a picture of a staff member dressed in aboriginal clothing. Throughout the book there are pictures of the students and teachers, names, pictures of sports teams and various events, and advertisements.

Very poor condition and should only be handled when absolutely necessary City of Guelph fire insurance plan February 1897 revised to 1907 and then revised again in September 1916. The plan has a black hard cloth cover. The first page has a street index. In the upper right corner there is a blue label that describes the revisions "Surveyed Feb'y 1897 revised to Sept. 1916 new sheets 35 to 38 are added population 16,738 ..." Page 2 is the map of the city with colour coding showing which page each area is shown. There is also a legend showing what each abbreviation or symbol means. Booklet, "Better Cooking - Acme Ranges" ; Dark brown paper cover booklet "Better Cooking" put out by the Guelph Stove Company. The booklet cover has gold lettering and an Art Nouveau style flower design also in gold. The gold is very faded. The booklet is bound with a gold coloured string. The booklet contains instructions on the care and maintenance of a gas stove as well as a variety of recipes that range from appetizers to desserts and beverages. The booklet is 34 pages in length.

Program, Kiwanis Guelph Club presents the Toronto Symphony Orchestra Sir Ernest MacMillan, conductor at the Collegiate Auditorium on Wednesday November 5th, 1947 at 8:30 PM. The proceeds in aid of Boys Camp. Zara Nelsova, Guest Artist. Grey coloured paper cover with printed black lettering and blue, cream and gold coloured Kiwanis crest on the front cover. The program has many advertisements from Guelph companies. The second page includes the programme for the evening, plus description of the music, the boys camp. City of Guelph Water Meter Reading Ledger, 1927-1933. The ledger is hand held in size and has a thick front and back hard cover covered in a dark brown canvas. Inside are receipt style pages with blue and pink lines. The book contains a page for each business in Guelph using water. The top of the page lists the name of the company and address and below is the size of the water pipe and the rent for the meter. Below that is the meter reading for the site done approximately 5 times a year.

The Presidents's's note is on the third page followed by garden hints pages, and a lists of committee Programs 1954, followed by exhibition information and more garden hints. The booklet is 36 pages long and full of a variety of advertisements all white pages with black details.

There is a circular leaf and ribbon design in the middle of the front cover. The outer cover is covered in black marks and stains. The inside pages are loose from the spine. There are drawings and black and white photographs, and advertisements through out. There are 246 pages. Between the inside of the front cover and the first page there is a recipe for Ripe Cucumber Pickle. Attached to page 126 there is a handwritten recipe for marmalade. There is a name, Miss Robena Stewart.

Produced by Palin Advertisements printed on front cover, no scale, map shows street names and locations of the sponsoring industries and their location on the map, sponsoring businesses with their street addresses and phone number and numerous rectangular business advertisements. Population 21,714 (1938 Assessment) printed on front cover.
