Statement, blue paper with business information printed in black ink. Letterhead reads: "HUETHER'S MEAT MARKET/ SUCCESSORS TO ERNEST A HALES / PURVEYORS OF FIRST QUALITY MEATS OF ALL KINDS / CHOICE OF POULTRY, HAMS, BACON, SAUSAGES, ETC. ' 65 ST. GEORGE'S SQUARE / GUELPH, ONT. The invoice is dated in pen: "January 31, 1922. It notes that on January 14, 1922, Holliday purchased a 6 lb. 14 oz. chicken for $2.60. At the bottom of the statement is stamped: "RECEIVED PAYMENT WITH THANKS, FEB. 23, 1922."
