Booklet , entitled "The Royal City of Canada, Guelph and Her Industries" - Special Industrial Souvenir Number of the Guelph Daily Mercury, Guelph, Canada" published by Authority of the City Council and Guelph's Old Home Week Committee. Printed in 1908 for Guelph Home Week and booklet has a programme for the festivities occurring from Sunday to Thursday on pages 6 to 8. On page 54 is an index of the contents of the booklet. Invoice. Off-white rectangular sheet of paper with business letterhead printed in black at top. Letterhead reads: "OFFICE - 17 QUEBEC STREET WEST, PHONE 164 / YARD - CORNER LONDON ROAD AND MILL STREET, PHONE 229 / GUELPH, ONT. / IN ACCOUNT WITH THE KLOEPFER COAL CO. DEALERS IN BEST QUALITIES OF COAL AND WOOD/ TERMS CASH / INTEREST CHARGED ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS / E. & O.E " In the upper right corner, the date "June 8th, 1914" is handwritten in black ink. The invoice is addressed to "Mr. Jos. Reinhardt, Imperial Hotel." The lower half of the invoice is divided into eight vertical columns by lines in red and blue ink. Very poor condition and should only be handled when absolutely necessary City of Guelph fire insurance plan February 1897 revised to 1907 and then revised again in September 1916. The plan has a black hard cloth cover. The first page has a street index. In the upper right corner there is a blue label that describes the revisions "Surveyed Feb'y 1897 revised to Sept. 1916 new sheets 35 to 38 are added population 16,738 ..." Page 2 is the map of the city with colour coding showing which page each area is shown. There is also a legend showing what each abbreviation or symbol means.
