Very poor condition and should only be handled when absolutely necessary City of Guelph fire insurance plan February 1897 revised to 1907 and then revised again in September 1916. The plan has a black hard cloth cover. The first page has a street index. In the upper right corner there is a blue label that describes the revisions "Surveyed Feb'y 1897 revised to Sept. 1916 new sheets 35 to 38 are added population 16,738 ..." Page 2 is the map of the city with colour coding showing which page each area is shown. There is also a legend showing what each abbreviation or symbol means. Christmas card of an etching of Northumberland Street and Church of Our Lady. The etching was done by J. Peter Frank in 1949 and the signature is in the bottom right corner. The etching shows the little section of Northumberland Street that is between Norfolk and Wilson Street. In the background is Church of Our Lady and the rectory and convent and a few bare trees. The card is on an off white cardstock and inside in Gothic script is "Season's Greetings" with the signature in blue ink of John McElderry.

1877 Map of the Town of Guelph with 1890 markings of sewers and watermains surveyed by T.W. Cooper. The map has three illustrations at the top. One of City Hall, one of the Town of Guelph and one of the Court House and Jail. The map has painted red dots to mark water valves and watermains. On the back of the map is written in black pencil "1877 Cooper Map with waterworks system" The map is attached to a wooden dowel at the top and bottom that is painted black. The map is varnished.

Four perforated, sepia toned stamps with the image of Sister "Mary Ward I.B.V.M." Garbed in the shroud of a nun, the depiction of Mary has a somber expression with a slight smile on a dark background. Stamps become adhesive when exposed to moisture.

Program for Church of Our Lady Open House, May 15, 1966. The front cover of the program has a black and white picture of the church with a blue band at the bottom with "Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, Guelph Ontario" in white. The front cover opens in the centre (in two halves) to reveal a black and white photo of the interior of the church in the centre. On the left side is a write up about the present church and the current pastors. On the right side is a write up about the church history. On the back is a brief write up about the ecumenical spirit and an invitation to tour the church again.

Blue and white certificate for the "Inter=Loretto Musical Festival." Border is a wide floral pattern with embellished corners, with a crest in the center of the top border. A blue tinted photo is at the top of the award and recipient information at the bottom. Recipient information is hand written in black ink and reads "Awarded to Jean Tocher and Anne Hauser For Pianofonte Duet 15 yrs under 'Fantastic Dance' Thompson; Marks 78; Date March 22nd 1947" the adjudicator's name is handwritten below.

It was on Friday, November 19, 1920 at eight o'clock. The proceeds were to go to begin a Building Fund for Loretto Academy. Report bulletin from the Loretto Convent for Miss Agnes McAteer. The bulletin is a sheet of paper that has been folded in half (like a book). On the front cover Agnes is marked on deportment, neatness, order, attendance, application, proficiency, conduct and fidelity to school rules. Agnes scored an 80 in every category. Inside Agnes is graded on her class work for Level II during the term ending in April 1900. She received 100 in Christian doctrine, 90 in spelling, 100 in reading, 95 in geography, 90 in literature, 90 in composition, 80 in writing and 100 in arithmetic.

Blue paper covered book with 48 pages dedicated to, as the title states, "Maxims of Mary Ward." The booklet was produced by the "London Catholic Truth Society" as stated at the bottom of the front and back cover as well as through the Society's logo centered on the cover. The logo is of crowns surrounded by a banner naming the institution and a Fleur de Lis tipped cross in behind. The back cover has a list of other devotional publications produced by the Catholic Truth Society and their price of "twopence each." The inside of each cover has a message from the publisher. City of Guelph Water Meter Reading Ledger, 1927-1933. The ledger is hand held in size and has a thick front and back hard cover covered in a dark brown canvas. Inside are receipt style pages with blue and pink lines. The book contains a page for each business in Guelph using water. The top of the page lists the name of the company and address and below is the size of the water pipe and the rent for the meter. Below that is the meter reading for the site done approximately 5 times a year.
