Statement; blue paper with dark blue printed letterhead. Appropriate spaces filled in with handwritten pencil. It is a statement of Mrs. Holliday's account for January 1922. It is sent to Mrs. Holliday, King Street, City. It notes that on January 12, she purchased 5 gallons of gasoline for $1.85, for which Stanley Tolton "Received Payment March 1/22" and Tolton signed his name. Booklet, "Guelphscape 70"...The Field Trip." Don Coulman compiled this 50 page booklet is dated Friday October 24, 1970. This is a photocopy of the original typewritten booklet. The contents are divided into five sections: a map of the field trip route; the field trip programme itself; notes including references; "how it was done"; and "Field trip suggestions." The field trip begins at King George School and covers what was the more historic areas of Guelph and its downtown. Book "Souvenir of the 28th Annual Convention of The Trades and Labour Congress of Canada in Guelph, Ontario, September 1912" The book is hardcover with a dark red cover with gold print. The book is 102 pages in length and has photos of different unions, members of Guelph Labour Council and ads from companies all over the country.

Christmas Menu from the Priory Hotel. Similar in size and appearance to a greeting card. The front of the menu has a printed picture of a Christmas wreath made of holly and tied together with a red ribbon. Surrounding the wreath are lit candles, which are either red or green. In the center of the wreath, in gold lettering it reads "XMAS GREETING MENU - Christmas 1908." Beneath the wreath, in smaller gold letter than above, it reads " COMPLIMENTS OF MR. AND MRS. J BERNHARDT PRIORY - HOTEL, GUELPH." Inside the card is the available menu written out on the proper right side. The post card has a double line red border, with two oval shaped vine decorative illustrations on the right and left sides. The sepia toned photo shows a building with a sign that reads: "The Canadian Pacific Priory Hotel". A horse and carriage are in front of the door, there is snow on the ground and a tree is visible just beyond the building. "Priory Hotel, Guelph. Ont" is handwritten at the bottom. BACK: Top left corner reads "Private Post Card". There are three staggered dotted lined to write on. Guelph Historical Society stamp on back.

Photograph is believed to once have hung in the Priory Hotel. Found in an upstairs room.

Photo of a drawing of a map of Royal City Pioneer Inns and Taverns. The map was drawn by Hugh Douglass in 1963 based on the research of A.E. Leone Hinds and is of the downtown core. All of the early hotels are marked out on the map, along with street names and the Speed River. On the back there is also a black stamp "F. Grundy"

Photo of a photograph of the Canadian Pacific Priory Hotel. The photo is taken in winter and there is a one horse sleigh with people in it in front of the hotel. The hotel is a three storey stone building with dormers all along the thrid floor. On the front of the building is the name of the hotel directly on the building. just beyond the hotel is a small frame building. On the back, in pencil, is "A view from Priory Square of Guelph Priory Hotel built in the 1880s locally quarried lime stone"." On the back there is also a black stamp "F. Grundy"
