Invoice; rectangular cream coloured paper with black print letterhead in top portion. It is dated June 29th, 1929, but the space for the customer's name is blank. Bottom two thirds is lined and divided into eight columns with printed blue lines. In this space in typed black lettering are itemized the various services Smith performed from Nov. 9th 1928 to Jan.16, 1929 and the costs incurred. The outstanding balance is $49.73. Letterhead: "27 QUEBEC STREET WEST, GUELPH, ONT. CANADA / TO FREDERICK SMITH, DR. / SANITARY AND HEATING ENGINEER / SANITARY APPLIANCES / PHONE 337 / ESTIMATES FURNISHED".
