City of Guelph and District Business Directory, 1953-1954. The directory has a brown cover with black type and a green maple leaf. At the bottom is a calendar for 1954. On the back cover there are ads for local businesses and emergency phone numbers. Inside the pages are white and laid out alphabetically with each letter representing a different trade (e.g. A for Aluminum awnings and windows, Appliance, architect, etc.). Each letter has several pages. One side of the page has ads while the other side is lined so that specific names and phone numbers can be written in.

Cookbook 'Guelph, Ontario Personal Recipes" compiled by the Woman's Association Norfolk United Church. The book is red spiral bound and has a white cover with black print and an illustration of Norfolk church. On the back cover is an ad for C.W. Kelly and son Music store. The book is filled with recipes submitted by women of the parish. The book also has ads from local businesses spread throughout. The book is 62 pages in length.

Scrapbook of History in Homes articles written by Edward Rae Stuart in the 1970s and 1980s. The articles appeared in a local Guelph newspaper. Each article explores the history of a different historic home or building in Guelph while also telling a part of Guelph's history. Each article is taped into the scrapbook (some taking up more than one page). The pages of the scrapbook are a grey colour. Some pages throughout are blank.
