The book recorded the minutes of the club meetings as well as some balance lists and lists of products purchased for the club.

Mr. Tillman was elected the new president of the club. The paper was signed by Mr. Tillman in black ink at the bottom of the page.

Meeting discussed Dave Humphries' payment that was not recorded, unreplied letters from members, and a letter of thanks forwarded to the President of the Club for his hospitality. Small paper typewritten in blue ink, that discussed the annual meeting of the Wellington Hunt Club on April 2nd, 1933. It was held at the Y.M.C.A. The meeting discussed inviting the London Hunt Club to visit in May, and the election of officers, which concluded that Mr. Auld remain President.
