The top third of the invoice provides information on the customer, date, and the business issuing the invoice. The rest of the invoice is lined and divided into 8 vertical columns of various widths by red and blue lines. This portion of the invoice lists the items sold. There are two small holes punched into the top of the invoice. Issued to Mr. W. Saunders and dated April 1902.
