Post card featuring a sepia toned photo of the King Edward Hotel on the front. The hotel is on the left side of the photo. There are many people gathered in the street, and the building opposite the hotel is decorated with Union Jack flags. There is a banner on the left side of the photo that reads "The Old Home Welcomes the Old ?" The photo was taken during Old Home Week. The photo does not cover the entire front of the card, its stops approximately 1inch from the right edge. BACK: "Post Card" printed at the top. There is a vertical line in the centre. "This Space May be Used For Correspondence" is printed on the left side and "This Space is for Address Only" is printed on the right side. There is a square in the top right corner for the stamp. Information about photo written in pencil on the left side. |
