Black and white aerial photograph of the Armco Company, circa 1945. The photograph was taken by Raeburn Reid of Reid Flying Services. The photograph shows Armco Company (formerly Canada Ingot Iron Co. and now Armtec)(makers of steel culverts etc.) at 41 George Street, along Speed River on the East and Canadian Pacific Railway tracks on the West with Homewood grounds visible in upper right section of the photograph. On back stamped in purple ink: "REID FLYING SERVICE" and printed in pencil: "Homewood" and "Armco". |
