This is a photograph of a photo of Knox Presbyterian Church at the corner of Baker and Quebec Streets. The church is stone with a central tower in the centre front of the church. The windows are a gothic arched style. The church is surrounded by a picket fence. In the far right, part of Chalmer's Church is visible. In the far left background a home is visible. On the back, written in pencil, is "Knox Church Baker St. and Quebec St. Guelph 1871 built 1869 to right is Chalmers Church to the left is Robert Stewart's house on Wyndham St.". A black stamp "F. Grundy" is also stamped on the back. |
