Description Cardboard box housing for lamp burner. Lid of box, advertising on top and side of lamp features and manufacturer. Edges reinforced with cloth tape and print in black ink. Bottom of box, slides into lid five cardboard sides and edges reinforced with cloth tape.

Front: "Directions for Use: Keep the burner clean. Keep the wick properly trimmed. See that the lower end of rod is in the groove at the bottom of the weight. Gently press the bottom of the extinguisher back and hook the upper end of the rod onto the lug of the wick so that it smokes. Made only by F.W. Kearsey. -- Guelph, Ont."
