Front reads "The Royal City Ambassadors Barbershop Chorus proudly presents 'Blarney 'N' Harmony' featuring Barbershop favourites from the Emerald Isle Friday & Saturday, March 30 & 31, 1990". Reverse contains an advertisement for Guelph Fashion Furs Ltd. Interior (43 pages) contains program details and advertisements by community businesses including (on page 6) Wellington Brewery. "Ad pg 6" has been written in red pen on the front cover.
