Postcard from Guelph, Ontario to Georgetown, Ontario, postmarked Sep 15 1914, published by THE INTERNATIONAL STATIONERY CO. PICTON, CANADA. The front of the postcard features a vertical view of the Baptist Church, Guelph, showing the front with spire, and the north side. The image is captioned "BAPTIST CHURCH, GUELPH, CANADA" in black text printed along the lower middle. The message written on the back in black ink reads: "my Dear Miss Justen no doubt this looks familiar to you. I am spending a few days here and enjoying my holidays very much. I think I shall go up to see Mr McCormack this after. Sincerely Bill" Addressed to "Miss Edna Justen, Georgetown Ontario". The postmark reads "Guelph, Ontario Sep 15 1914" at "12pm" and is stamped in black ink on the back. |
