A copy of the booklet titled "Roster Guelph General Hospital Alumnae Association 1888-1974". The cover of the booklet is red with brass coloured text. The image of the GGH School of Nursing's crest is displayed on the front cover. The design of the crest includes a cross with a circle in the center. Inside the circle there is an inscription, which reads "Guelph General Hospital". The first page of the booklet list the Guelph General Hospital Alumnae Association's board members for 1984. The numbers "0106-02" are handwritten in pencil on the top right corner of the first page. The following pages list the names, status, and address of the school's graduates from 1888 to 1974. The last page of the booklet list the names of the associate members.
