Booklet, "Guelph Horticultural Society 1972 Annual, Flowering Shrub, Hedge and Vine Issue." White paper cover with green printed lettering for title on front cover. At top of front cover, printed in black is "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae. the poem is on a white sheet of paper beside which is a poppy plant in red, black and grey. Under the poem is printed: "Courtesy: Col. John McCrae Birthplace Society". Inside pages are white with black print. Contents include list of officers and directors, the annual program of meetings, program of public planting, an article about "The Poppy (Frontispiece) Commemoration", other articles about flowering shrubs and hedges, and information about upcoming exhibitions and competitions.
