Held at the Royal Canadian Cafe on January 21st, 1913. .2 - Folder - Cream coloured parchment paper with City of Guelph crest printed in gold on front. City crest and information printed in black on the outside. On the back of folder is printed: "The Herald Press, Guelph." .3 - Program Insert. The insert includes, officers, council, menu and toasts. It also includes quotes. The back of the insert includes banquet and reception committee members. |
