Statement; black print and ink on rectangular white paper. Upper portion of invoice has letterhead printed in black: "PHONE 2698 22 SUFFOLK STREET, GUELPH, ONT. To ARTHUR DENNIS Dr. / Painter, Paperhanger, Grainer, and Sign Writer". Printed below this at the center is a logo with print: "TYPOGRAPHICAL /UNION LABEL / GUELPH". Addressed to Mr. McTavish and dated Jan. 3, 1927. Lower half of invoice is lined with blue lines. There are pink horizontal lines marking columns as well. Handwritten in black ink are items of work done at "Miss Rosse's, King Street." "repairing 3 doors & floor base on closet / beaver board on ceiling door on coal bin / Painting toilet & bath tub 1 rod / Papering 3 closets & 1 room washing picture moulding / Time 35 hours @ 65 c. per hr. $22.75 / Paint 11 lbs. @ 25c.per lb. 2.75 / $25.50 / Paid in full " and signed "Arthur Dennis". |
