A typed application and annual report for registration as a training school for nurses for the year of 1946. The application is filled out by Guelph General Hospital School of Nurses. The report is typed in black ink, stapled at the top left corner and is seven pages in length. The first page indicates the school's application for registration and is signed by S. Agnes Campbell, the school's superintendent and the secretary, Mildred A. Norrish The following pages lists the hospital's patient intake and the number of medical procedures that occurred the past year, the school's staff and their positions, the average grades of their students, and the school's expectation and level of experience of the students with patients. At the back of the report there is a letter address to Miss Dorothy G. Riddell from S. Agnes Campbell regarding additional questions on the student's operating room experience, case study records, educational qualifications, dinning room maids, and allowances given to students. The letter is two pages in length. |
