Booklet tiltles "Knox Church Centennial Anniveryasry: 1844-1944" by A.E Byerly.
The booklet is soft cover with staple binding. The cover is brown paper with black print and in the centre is a logo of a burning bush with a Latin saying encircling it "Nec Tamen Consumebatur".
The booklet is 56 pages in length and tells the history of the church and contains several photographs. Pasted to the inside back cover is the program for Knox's 104th Anniversary service in 1948. On the inside front cover, written in blue ink is "Wm. Lyon".
