A black covered ledger containing the roster for the Guelph General Hospital School of Nursing starting from 1922 to 1930. The label on the cover reads "Student Roster Book, 1. March 1922 - October 1925, 2. Record of Clinical Experience 1927-1930". Inside the ledger the names of students are printed on the left and their attendance is marked on the right.
On the front cover of the ledger the numbers "0052-90" are handwritten in pencil. These numbers represent the old catalogue number that was used by the Guelph General Hospital Alumnae Association.
