Program for a "Reception to Honourable George A. Drew, Prime Minister of Ontario." Held by the Citizens of Guelph at the Guelph Armoury on Thursday Evening, October 14th, 1943 at 7 p.m. Rectangular off-white cardboard, single folded, with printed black lettering. Each of four pages has a double lined red border around edge. Front cover has the City of Guelph crest printed in black at top, and has been autographed by five persons: Fiorenza Johnson Drew, Edward Drew; Bev. Robson, and George Drew. Cannot read signature about that of George Drew. Inside on left side is a b/w photograph of the Honourable George A. Drew, Prime Minister of Ontario. Right side is the program, under which is noted that " A Public Reception by the Prime Minister and Mrs. Drew will immediately follow the conclusion of the programme." Back cover lists the members of the General Planning committee and Convenors responsible for various duties. |
