Mortgage documents involving Elizabeth Sarah Elliott and George Elliott. The mortgage is folded into a pamphlet with pink coloured margins. I certify that the within Instrument is duty entered and registered in the Registry Office for the County of Wellington in Book 9 for the City of Guelph at 11:45 o'clock am of the 18th day of June A.D. 1888 Number 4225. N. Higinbotham The inside of the mortgage document describes Elizabeth Elliott as the assignor and George Elliott (director of the Guelph General Hospital) as the assignee of the mortgage agreement for a sum of $1,500 at no set interest.The document details that the property is situated in the park lots thirty six and thirty seven in Guelph according to the County of Wellington plan made by Frederick J.
