Booklet is printed in black and white on off-white paper with a cardstock cover. The front cover reads "OCT. 20TH. 1957 Holy Rosary Church hall GUELPH, ONTARIO SOUVENIR of OPENING". There is also a sticker on the cover which reads "EXP. KELEHER 163 STEVENSON ST. S. GUELPH ONTARIO N1E 5N6". At the top of the front cover handwritten in blue pen is "Completion 15 May. Meeting next Sunday Apr 26 1 ocl."
The back cover has 12 advertisements for various Guelph businesses.
Inside has information about the Holy Rosary Church, as well as advertisements for different businesses.
