Description |
Black and white print of a hand drawn image of Bishop Macdonnell High School in front of the Church of Our Lady. Image is oriented from Norfolk and cork street corner, school is situated on a lawn enclosed by a sidewalk. A large set of stairs leads up to the front door o the three storey industrial looking school. Large trees are to the left in front of the school and to the right behind the school. The Church of Our Lady towers can be seen in the background reaching into the sky. The artist signature is in the bottom left corner and reads "P. Kleinveld/81." The print is mounted behind a light blue matte-board with a dark interior bevelled edge as well as a embossed border. The print is then enclosed in a blue frame with glass pane in the front. The frame is higher in the center than at the outer edge and has some groved detail. The back of the frame is only covered by a black spray and the photo backing is held in by numerous picture framing pegs held tight in place. There is a wire stretched across the back and a address label in the center back. |
