Front Cover - Thick cardstock that has been folded over 5 cm at the top. Written in navy blue calligraphy " Complimentary Banquet Tendered to Mr. T. G. McMaster by his Guelph friends and Associates January the twenty-fourth nineteen hundred nineteen Royal Canadian Cafe". There is a gold outline around the writing (that forms a box) and an illustration of a swan at the bottom of the box below the words. Inside Cover - A bust portrait of T. G. McMaster with short hair wearing a suit jacket, high collar, neck tie and glasses. Below his image is the mark of Kennedy Studio. Page 1 - Written in navy blue calligraphy with gold box around it: The Friends He Left Behind Him, His Church, His Y. M. C. A., His City, His Board of Trade, His Children's Shelter, His War Work Associates, His Customers, His Brother Bankers, His Lodges, His Clubs. Page 2 - Written in navy blue calligraphy with gold box around it: Menu, "I pray you, jest, sir, as you sit at dinner", Grape Fruit, Olives, Gherkins, Celery, Hot Clam Chowder, Young Turkey, Green Peas, Cranberry Sauce, Creamed Potatoes, Waldorf Salad, Banana Fruit Frapee, Macaroons, Social Tea Wafers, Oranges, Bananas, Raisins, Tea, Coffee, "Who rises from a feast with that keen appetite that he sits down". There is a small illustration of a flower below "Menu" and the first quote and above the second quote. Page 3 - Written in navy blue calligraphy with gold box around it: Chairman - Mr. J. W. Lyon, The King "Your high self, the Gracious Mark o' the Land." "Aye, every inch a King." Presentation to Mr. Thomas Greer McMaster, "You are wisely silent in your own worth, and therefore 'twere a sin for others to be so." - Randolph's Nurses Looking Glass.
