Front cover photograph is of Tim Sittler, Brian McLellan, and Brian Hayward. Title on cover is printed in red lettering. Souvenir Hockey program includes full-page b/w photographs of team members in action. Each picture is autographed by the player highlighted. Photography is compliments of Dave Godfrey. Also included in program are: a letter to Hockey Fans from Joe Holody; head shots of all team players with their names and positions; and pictures of the Executive and Coaches of the Guelph Holody Platers.
