Small Cross and Crown Diploma of Attendance. The diploma is printed on a beige paper with a floral border in gold and blue. The diploma is awarded to Naomi Burcombe for her 1st term of 3 months of perfect attendance in Sunday School in the 10th year of the Cross and Crown system. On the back of the diploma is a brief explanation of the program. The diploma reads: Front "Cross and Crown Diploma of Attendance. This certifies the Naomi Burcombe has successfully completed 1st term of 3 months of perfect attendance in connection with the 10th year reward in Little's Cross and crown System. The term began Sunday __ and ended __. Signed " Back "Scholars who have earned the solid gold pin in this system and are striving for the gold wreath and year bar rewards will be presented with one of these term-diplomas at the end of each First, Second and Third (three months') term of perfect attendance receiving one of the yearly rewards as illustrated at the end of the Fourth term of each year. These terms continue each year until the twentieth year bar is earned." |
