Description |
A yearbook from the Guelph General Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1970. The cover of the book is green with black coloured text. The cover has the text "The Year is Nineteen Hundred & 70" enlarged. The number 70 is printed black. Along the right side of the cover the text reads "Manu Cordeue", which translate from Latin to "Hands & Hearts". The colour of the text is black. Inside the yearbook there is black and white photographs of the school's faculty and students. A typed message from the Patricia Pigeon, the editor, Barbara Curry, the Director of Nursing, Lois Campbell, the Diector of Nursing Service, and Ray Mathews, the Chairman are in the beginning of the yearbook. Personal quotes, poems, and graduation photos of students is printed in the middle. The graduates photographs for the class of 1970 are displayed near the black of the yearbook. School events and advertisement from the yearbook's sponsors in printed at the end of the yearbook. On the inside of the cover there are the numbers 0103-02, which is handwritten in pencil. These numbers represent the old catalogue number from the Guelph General Hospital Alumnae Association. |
