Acta Nostra Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute Yearbook. The cover is dark in colour and textured. The top left side of the front cover has the words "Acta Nostra" written and underlined in silver. At the bottom there is a silver box that contains the date and text that explains how the yearbook was published. On the back there is an advertisement for Neilson's chocolate in silver. Throughout the book there are pictures of the students and teachers, names, pictures of sports teams and various events, and advertisements. There is a rip on the back cover measuring 2.6cm in length. Between pages 32 and 33 there is a black piece of paper that has a picture to the top of the page titled "Stream in Winter"
