This slide depicts Governor General Jules Leger's visit to City Hall. Mr. Leger and Madame Leger were guests of honour at the third annual Award of Merit luncheon and civic reception, which took place at the Cutten Club. People are gathered around a podium outside the Memorial Gardens Arena, watching Mr. Leger and Mayor Norm Jary give a speech.
