Black and white photograph of the Taylor-Forbes Football Club Leage Champions in 1912. Photograph taken in the C. Burgess Photography Studio. The photograph shows a group of 16 people assembled into three rows. 11 people are dressed in soccer uniforms and five in dark suits. The league champion cup is sitting on the floor in the seated front row. There is a white rectangular board with 11 ribbons, which leans against the trophy. The photograph is mounted to black matboard. The photograph is captioned in printed, gold text on the mount below the image. Printed in white in lower right corner of mount reads "C.
