Black and white aerial photograph of Woodlawn Cemetery, circa 1945. The photograph was taken by Raeburn Reid of Reid Flying Service. The photograph shows centre area of Woodlawn Cemetery with Canadian Pacific Railway tracks crossing upper left corner, roadways are lined with trees and photograph is taken from NE. A formal circular garden feature, dominates centre of photograph. The large white Cutten monument is visible near the middle on the right. The Mausoleum in the photograph, which is surrounded with trees around a circular roadway is in the top middle. Visible in front of the Mausoleum in an open area is the Drew Monument surrounded by a square of trees. The Lodge is just visible on the bottom near the entrance in the middle. |
