Description |
Colour slide of Macdonell Street with various buildings and businesses on either side leading to a view of the front of Church of Our Lady with two towers, a center spire, a round stain glass window and two front doors in a pointed arch at the top of a hill with trees on either side. To the left of the church is part of the rectory and on the right of the church is the roof of the Loretto Convent. In the right of the photo among the businesses is the Regent hotel in a five storey stone building with a balcony and to the left is Whitney Chiropractic Group in the three storey brown brick building with a brown awning on street level. Also on the right is a yellow traffic light. There are many light posts lining both sidewalks, cars and an Acker Furniture Co. truck parked on the both sides of the street, cars driving further up the street past the lane redirection, and there are two rows of posts and pylons redirecting traffic around a pile of sand/dirt that is fenced off. The street is very dirty. |
