Black and white aerial photograph of Sewage Treatment Plant, September 1948. The photograph was taken by Raeburn Reid of Reid Flying Service. The photograph shows the Sewage Treatment Plant on Highway 24 near present Hanlon Expressway, surrounded by open and wooded land, Speed River in upper left corner. Visible is a long driveway running for the bottom right to an area where there are three one story buildings with a smaller building in front. Behind the buildings and to the right are water treatment structures.
