A demonstration of "Tip the Top" is taking place, and crowds are gathered around watching a raised wooden plank on which is a man sitting in a small red wagon is draped in clear plastic. The man in the red wagon holds a rope, pulling himself forward, towards the downward part of the plank. In the background is Douglas Street, Victoria Block, and part of the Bank of Nova Scotia. |
