Black and white photograph of eleven female workers inside the IMICO foundry. The women are wearing dresses and most are wearing aprons. They are in a long, rectangular room with one window on the back wall and eight windows on the right hand side. There are piles of metal and hovels everywhere. There are bare light bulbs hanging down from the ceiling. The second, third and fourth women on the right (from the front) are standing at work desks. The walls are of brick.
