Photograph of the employees of IMICO in 1953 standing outside of the plant. The plant is visible in the background, showing five large sets of windows.Some employees can be seen looking through the windows at the employees outside. In the bottom right hand corner of the image, in white letters, is: "INTERNATIONAL MALLEABLE IRON CO. LIMITED, GUELPH, ONT. MAY, 1953." There is a colour photocopy of the image with tracing paper overtop with the outlines of all of the individuals in the photograph. Inside each outline is a number to identify the person. Attached to the photo is sheet of lined paper with names of people that correspond with the numbers on the outlines.Fifty-two of the individuals have been Identified on the sheet of lined paper.
