Description |
A military uniform tunic believed to be worn by Colonel White from the Royal Canadian Army Service Corps at some point between 1901 to 1910. Single-breasted khaki wool tunic that has five brass buttons on the front, stopping at a waistband. Two large breast pockets with brass button closures sit above a thick waistband. Below the waistband are two large hip pockets with button closures positioned onto the sides of the body. Flat khaki appliques with the British Crown insignia are on either shoulder. Each brass button has a King Edward VII insignia. Cuffs on either sleeve have three lines with fused embroidery. |
