Description |
4 part black and gold hexagonal hat box with cardboard insert and cotton string tie/handle. .1) Lid - 1 3/4" depth, 6 sided. Covered in black paper with gold details, upper edge is gold strip, gold name block on top with Biltmore name and slogan. The four flat sides of the lid read "Biltmore" and the four diagonal sides read the slogan "The Master Hat of Canada" in a script font. .2) Hat cradle - strip of dense cardboard in a shallow, hollow cylinder mounted to a flat piece of cardboard with folded edges to make insert flush with inside of box. .3) Stand - Strip of cardboard shaped into a hollow cylinder to support hat cradle. .4) Box Bottom - 7" deep with 6 sides. Covered in a black paper with gold details, flat sides say "DOBBS" and diagonal sides have the image of a coach being pulled by horses. Attached to the vertical, flat sides are yellow strings for securing the lid and to act as a handle. Bottom of box is plain reinforced cardboard stapled to sides. |
