Description |
Moulded plastic and metal case (resembling a briefcase) with formed foam interior made for the Sony CCD-V8 Video Camera. There is a thick black plastic handle on top and four small legs attached to the bottom. On either side of the handle are two indentations that can be slid outward to open the case. Below the handle in the center of the top is a lock. Attached to the front center is a large pocket made of a vinyl material with a Velcro top that folds over and a zipper near the bottom. Stamped into the fabric on the flap and filled in with a gold colour is "SONY". "Video 8" is stamped into the bottom of the pocket and filled in with a light blue colour. A clear sticker with a series of coral coloured dots and text reading "It's a Sony" is stuck on the top left corner. The back of the case has the same vinyl material separated into three sections with no pocket. Both the pocket and back sections are trimmed with a light blue colour plastic. On the bottom left corner is a sticker that cautions the user about exposing the unit to high temperatures. Attached to the left and right side are small toggles where a strap could be attached. Inside of the case is dark grey moulded foam that is formed to fit the video camera and various accessories. The hinge is covered by a piece of soft black plastic. On the right side of the lid is a compartment that has a black fabric and plastic cover that Velcro's shut. There are black straps with Velcro at the end to hold in the video camera and ac pack/battery charger. |
