Description |
This is a pair of brown leather gloves, worn as part of the Legion of Frontiersmen uniform. Each glove has 3 rows of stitching on the top of the hand part. At the wrist on top of each glove is a leather strap that folds over a metal buckle and snaps together. The snap is metal but the snap cover or button looks to be a reddish brown button with an insignia engraved on it. From the wrist of each glove is a large cuff that went over the sleeve of the uniform jacket. |

The width of the wrist section is 11 cm. wide. The cuff widens to 23 cm. at the top of the glove. Each finger of glove is 3 cm wide and 8-9 cm. in length. The 3 rows of stitching on top of each glove is 5cm. long. |
